We provide office moving in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor by helping our customer to relocate your business operation or an office from one address to another in whole of Malaysia. 

To ease the moving process,  it typically involves the planning, coordination, and execution of moving all of the office’s assets.  These assets including equipment, furniture, files, and other materials. 

Next, office moving services also include packing and unpacking of items. You may prefer to pack your own documents but we are here to offer disassembling and reassembling of furniture.   We will discuss the details with you during site visit

Steps in Office Moving

Step 1 :  Planning and preparation 

All moves start with a good, detailed planning, which involves creating a timeline, budget, and activities involved.

Step 2: Packing

Get the necessary packaging material to properly package and label all items in the office.  Do it yourself for your own documents and leave the heavy task to us.  For example : annual report,  accounting records in compactors,  files cabinets etc. 

Step 3: Disassembly and reassembly of furniture 

We have a more comprehensive list below that may need disassembly. 

Step 4: Loading and transportation 

Our trained manpower will load all items onto the lorry and safely transporting them to the destination. 

Step 5: Unloading and setup  

Unloading all items at the new location and setting up the new office space.

Step 6: Clean up

Cleaning up any debris from the move and disposing of any materials as necessary.
